Registration

Registration is currently available for DLAC Online and DLAC All Access! DLAC All Access includes all sessions and events at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, plus all online sessions and networking opportunities. We anticipate that onsite attendees may wish to join some online sessions The All Access pass (at the same rate as the previous onsite rate) allows attendees to do so.

If you are already registered for DLAC All Access, you will have the opportunity until May 1 to switch to DLAC Online and receive a refund for the difference between the All Access and the Online rates.

 
 

Onsite DLAC capacity

We don’t yet know how many people we will be able to have join us onsite in Austin. The final number will depend on the latest vaccine availability, social distancing, CDC guidelines, and other factors.

Based on the current hotel capacity as required by social distancing measures, we are limiting onsite registration to 500 people. We may or may not be able to increase that number as we get closer to June.

Registration rates for DLAC All Access

DLAC All Access has several different registration rates, depending on:

1 ) when you register (sooner is less expensive)

2 ) if you are employed by a K-12 school or district (which provides an option for a group discount of $50 when registering five or more people)

3 ) if you are a speaker (a rate lower than the regular rate)

February 20 to June 1

  • Attendees other than speakers:$649

  • Group rate for five or more employees of K-12 schools/districts registering at the same time: $599

June 2 and after

  • Last minute registration: $699

  • No group or speaker rates available

Speaker

  • $529

Registration rates for DLAC Online

DLAC Online has just three rates. These rates do not change based on the date that you register. (Note however that because we are planning many DLAC Online sessions to be interactive, we may cap DLAC Online registrations.) The three rates are:

  • Attendees: $249

  • Group rate for five or more employees of K-12 schools/districts registering at the same time: $224

  • Speakers: $210

Group rate requirements for school/district employees

Attendees who are employed by a K-12 school or district are eligible for a group rate that is $50 lower than the applicable rate when they register five or more people from the same entity. Here is how it works:

  • If you have five or more people from the same school or district attending DLAC, please choose the 5+ Group Registration during registration and select either Charter, Private, or Public School or School District as your organization type.

  • Registrations are non-refundable but transferable at any time.

  • Group Rates apply to minimums registering for DLAC Online and DLAC All Access separately. In other words, registering two people for DLAC Online and three people for DLAC All Access does not produce a group discount.

Payment, cancellation and transfer terms

Payment must be made within 45 days of registration, unless other arrangements have been made with DLAC.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be submitted via email to DLAC Registration at dlac@executivevents.com no later than May 1, 2021. Cancellation requests made by May 1, 2021 will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee. After May 1, 2021, there will be no refunds. Registrations are transferable at any time. Please email dlac@executivevents.com with your substitution request.  

TRANSFERRING BETWEEN ALL-ACCESS DLAC AND DLAC ONLINE :

  • Registrations may be shifted from DLAC Online to DLAC All Access until May 1, 2021, if space is available, with no penalty, by paying the difference between the DLAC Online rate and the All Access rate. The All Access rate at the time of the transfer will apply.

  • Registrations may be shifted from DLAC All Access to DLAC Online until May 1, 2021, with no penalty. Anyone requesting this change by May 1, 2021 will receive a refund for the difference between the All Access rate previously paid, and the DLAC Online rate. After May 1, 2021, refunds for transfers between All Access DLAC and DLAC Online will not be granted.

CHECK/WIRE PAYMENTS: All check and wire payments should be received within 45 days of registering for the conference. However, if you are a late registrant, all check/wire payments must be received by June 10, 2021 to avoid a late processing fee.  You will not be permitted to pick-up your badge unless your payment is received.  All payments received June 11, 2021 and beyond will be charged a late processing fee of $25.

IMPORTANT:  If you purchased your registration at the super early bird group rate of $449, your registration is non-refundable, but transferable at any time.
