Information for Presenters

This page includes updates and information for all speakers.

Session Updates

We are not planning to print a conference program book, and will be saving thousands of trees by modeling the work we do by having access to all information in our conference app and on the website. Several presenters have asked to make changes to co-speakers, descriptions, etc. To ensure we have the most up to date information, please login and review your proposal at: https://www.eiseverywhere.com/eSites/digitallearningconference19/Login

All updates should be completed no later than 11:59pm PST on Friday, March 1. Please notify us directly at dlac@evergreenedgroup.com with any speaker changes (cancellations or additions) in addition to updating your proposal in the platform.

Preparing for Your Session

Contributed Talks, Organized Sessions, and Shark Tanks

In the coming weeks your assigned session moderator will be reaching out to you with more details on your specific session. The moderator will be collecting all slides from you prior to the event. As the sessions are in 20 minute segments, 15 minutes of sharing and 5 minutes of Q&A, it will be essential to keep everything on time to ensure everyone gets the same amount of time and people are able to move from room to room throughout the 80 minute block.

Rooms for these sessions will include a projector, screen, one microphone, and WiFi internet access. Hardwired internet will not be provided, so please download all media and share with your moderator prior to the session. Moderators will use their laptops to click through any slides/media.
